SMCAS provides high quality ambulance service in Niles City, Buchanan City, Niles Township, Buchanan Township, and Bertrand Township in Berrien County and Howard Township and Pokagon Township in Cass County in Southwest Michigan.

SMCAS is currently accepting applications for part time EMTs, Specialists, Paramedics, and Critical Care Paramedics.
